Seattle/Sisters/Portland Bound

I leave in the morning for a 10 day romp thru Oregon including the quilt festival in Sisters. Looking forward to having a great trip.

Nothing much quilty except I did finish a love (charity) quilt that I had started before leaving for camping in the mountains on Thursday. And I did bind 2 love quilts traveling to and from. We had a lovely time and the cooler temps were wonderful.

In the spirit of America and the fourth of July check out this video its GREAT! Its done really well.

Here is a little eye candy for you. This is a quilt I made for Karla who is having a little girl.

Frog Quilter

  1. Hello, I just had to pop over from the Orphan Train and see just what end of the swamp a Frog Quilter might enhabit *VBS* Very nice indeed. The quilt for Karla is so sweet. I'm sure it's new little owner will love it.
I love your first post with the Coin quilt. Happy to have you with us here in Blogland. And let me add, "Wow", that's alot of Log Cabin blocks sewn! It never seems like work tho, does it? Now if I had to peel that many potatoes...LOL
Look forward to seeing more of your creations. Hugs, Finn
