This is the latest appliqué block for the Juniper and Mistletoe, a Forest of Appliqué project.

And with the others:

This was the first project I was serious about doing appliqué. I have gotten much better.

Coffee and piecing

Really go good together.

I bought these squares off of eBay. Don't know what the original user intended. I am putting them all into pin wheel blocks.

I got my Bernina 200 out of the shop and she sews SO GOOD NOW!

More later.

A Make Over

The old:

The new:

The fabric is a remnant from Hancock fabrics. I do this regularly as I am so hard on my ironing board.

Two tops assembled

I assembled this top last night. I constructed the center and the sides were from the parts bag.

In an attempt to reduce my loads of 2.5 X 4.5 bricks I've been sewing long strips. This is NOT reducing the amount ANY lol.
I put this one together this morning.

Easy Street & Semi Improv Top

I worked all day today on assembling the B blocks. I have two I will finish tonight. I have all outside and corner triangles done.

I know I have a 4 patch turned the wrong way...

The Semi Improv top.. As I was assembling this top, it seemed B O R I N G. so I inserted a piece of red and the remainder was divided In half and sewn on the ends. This will be a baby quilt so I wanted bright places.
