Catch Up Post

Back to the mountains, my last day of fishing was a very good one.

Yesterday Liz and I went to Gaffney Outlet stores for a day of shopping. We had to go back to the car numerous times to drop our bags.

Mountain update

I tried to post this yesterday via my IPhone and limited internet. All I got were errors...

Here is my catch from Sunday, 5 beautiful rainbow trout. Fishing has been hard this year. To top it all off, I fell in and got water in my waders all the way down to my feet. I decided then that the days fishing was over.








The fish fry is Friday but I'll be going to a quilt retreat this weekend.

Not MIA

Just busy. I've been preparing my house for our friends visit from Scotland, they fly in this afternoon.

Tomorrow it will be a busy day preparing for a week in the mountains camping. Ooooooh trout fishing -bliss!

Here is one of my many tops I quilted and have the binding stitched on, just waiting for me to stitch the back (by hand).
