This weekend I focused on getting Celtic Solstice quilted. I free formed feathers all over the top. It was a marathon to get it done. Halfway through I did a little gardening, clearing all the wooded flowers from last year. I also started prepping a new area for a small veggie garden.

Inside picture this morning when the light was perfect for showing all the quilting texture.

Outside in the screen porch.

With back exposed, more orange. a perfect complement to the front.

This quilt will be traveling to someone very special. I know they read the blog...
As for today I am slow stitching outside in the sunshine enjoying the warmth and blue sky.
