Blogger says we'll do this in reverse order....Here is the progress as the new floor is installed. It's a floating porcelean floor. I have waited for this day since moving here many years ago...
They will be grouting with a dark color. A creative design element. I used the dark grout in the bathroom and it looks good.

It's noisy around here but it will be worth it....
