Piano Keys

My sewing room looked like a tornado blew through. I made enough piano keys for the star top and then some. I took a pile of fabric and ran it through my go cutter. I cut too many and now the drawer is full, packed to the gills is more like it.

It's time to make another log cabin quilt using these strips. They are my all time favorite quilt. I have one on my bed and it sleeps wonderful.

I have attached the key sets to both long sides. I will wait on the other two sides as I want to make six pointed stars (EPP) in the corner blocks. It shouldn't take too long.

This is what it looked like before the keys were sewn on.

I also have been working on the APQ Four Patch challenge. I cleared out a bunch of scraps and cut two inch strips. Strip sets were sewn and I have cut about 2/3 of the sets. I have two big piles of four patches patiently waiting to be sewn.
