I'm on a roll...
Yesterday I quilted two quilts. Each has the binding made and stitched on.
This next one will be a baby quilt, a girl.
this morning I got this top quilted after making it larger by adding borders. The binding is made and ready for stitching. This was on the long arm after the one above.

Then there were five
I've been working on my bear paw blocks and enjoying it.
Can you see my error in the bottom corners. I'll have to redo them ugh. This was the one I rushed to finish before supper last night.
In other news a storm took out my stove. We had the repair guy come look at it and it is not worth it to fix. Off to the store I go and nobody makes bisc colored appliances any more. To top it off they are phasing out white. So here we go back to miscolored appliances. I ended up getting a stainless stove with a convection oven and aqua cleaning. This is where you place a few cups of water in the bottom of oven and go. They say all you need to do is wipe the inside down afterwards. The regular self cleaning ovens only smoked up my house... So bottom line is that I don't have to worry about cleaning the oven. Yay!
Stay cool. I'll be here stitching to my hearts content.

Weekend Update
I trimmed this panel and added four patches around it. So cute and will be even better when it's quilted.
This a scrappy four patch that didn't even make a dent in my four patch bag. How is that possible?
I have never made a bear paw block and am enjoying making these out of scraps and two inch strips. There are actually three completed on the design wall. Don't know how many blocks I will do. Just enjoying the process.

Red White and Blue Update
I was supposed to post this last Sunday but didn't get around to it.
All my blocks are together and looking good. I'm thinking a small blue stop border and then a wider red one. What would you do?

I'm back
Last weekend I escaped the heat in the NC mountains with DS and hubby. Cooler temperatures and awesome meals made the perfect setting. We sewed the long weekend and had so much fun.
So there was no top of the week last week and I have some other things I need to finish. It's doubtful this weekend too.
Here are a few finishes.
