Tulips are blooming

And are SO BEAUTIFUL!  This top makes me so happy with the scrappy blocks.  I will ponder the border now.  Any suggestions?

    You really focused on this--can't believe how quickly you made it. This is a beauty!
    I wonder how it would look to make a narrow solid colored border and then 4-patches on point to form a chain around it.
