A Slow Return

 Some of you may have noticed me not being as active as normal.  That is because I was enduring a severe case of colitis. I am on the mend currently and it feels good to be better.

I’ve mostly done small quilts, here are a few.

Blogger chose the order again.

Yesterday I quilted a T Shirt quilt that was extra large. I will show it’s picture after the client receives it this weekend.

A QOV and some spool blocks my way

 This was the last QOV I needed to quilt from another person.  It is quilted with oak leaves.

 I have a few of my own to quilt up.

Pat Sloan has been making spool blocks as per pattern from Aurifil. When I saw them I thought string centers and went with it.  Such a fun block this way.  I made a few modifications and intend to have empty spool blocks for the four corners.

I will be making more so that this will become a lap quilt.  I will donate as a love quilt. 🐸

First QOV

 Here is the QOV that took most of yesterday to complete. No long arming today.  Simple piecing and a nap later.

One More Comfort Quilt

 And then the quilting on the QOVs will begin. 

I did do some freshening in the studio. I recovered both of my wool mats with fresh new heavy duty fabric. Looks so much better.

I have been working on some string blocks for mindless sewing and have amassed quilt a few.  Only a few more colors and I will have a top to put together. Stay safe everyone!  🐸

The Last One

 Has been quilted and came out beautiful. Of course blogger had to change the order ugh.

Two Pretties Today

 These are the two I quilted today.  The first one is all done by me.

The next one uses the HQ Pro Stitcher.

I only have ONE kids quilt left to quilt.   Then it will be time for a few QOV tops to get quilted.  🐸
