QOV Quilting

I had a lot of fun quilting this QOV the last two days. A mix of digital quilting and hand guided. So fun!

Progress

I have been steadily busy every day sewing.  For my sons new quilt I rented machine time as my table was not big enough.  The quilt is a king size.  The backing is a Finding Dory fabric and I think he will get a kick out of it.  There are plenty of sharks.

The next two pictures are of love quilts made from blocks that someone put on the free table at quilt quilt.  Fast and fun and some child will love them.

Dashing through the Snow

Here is my progress on Dashing through the Snow quilt top.  How is it that I have a double design wall but I still use the floor?  Maybe old habits are hard to break....

I don’t know how big I will make this quilt.  It will be at least lap size.

Lucy snoozing next to me.

A Love quilt for donating.

Interwoven I and others

I have been busy here in my mountain home. Recently I quilted Interwoven I made by Kitty from A Left Handed Quilter.  I used flannel for the backing to make it extra cost.

Here is the container holding all my MAM blocks.  I don’t think I will run out in the near future.

A Quilty Hug

I made a Quilty Hug and sent to a friend who had undergone some heart surgery and also has thyroid cancer. I hope this quilt comforts her as she recovers. I have hundreds of MAM mile a minute quilt blocks. This quilt and a king size did not even make a dent in the pile. Blogger chose the picture order, ugh.

Those ginormous blocks are part of a retaining wall being built to handle sediment run off.

Just for fun...

Today just for fun I put a small top on the machine and proceeded to have a ball. This will make a nice child’s cuddle quilt. It started with the top and all the border blocks. I put it together and ahhhhhhhh having fun quilting her.

A fabulous finish

This is a client quilt done using HQ pro stitcher. I did this top during my lesson. I love it and so did the client. It is to be raffled off.
